AnkhLave condemns the hate and violence against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders that have increased since the pandemic. It is truly heartbreaking.  We stand with the AAPI community to strongly denounce these hateful acts discrimination they have faced. People of AAPI decent have the right to move without fear. That’s why we’re reaffirming our stance for equity with the following commitments: To serve our part in the Stop AAPI Hate movement, we are working to promote artists of AAPI background to help increase AAPI visibility in contemporary art. 

Through our programming within the contemporary art realm and beyond, we intend to make for a more equitable landscape for AAPI voices to heard.
